Shipping Information
All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 am-6:00 pm PST, with the exception of national holidays where carriers do not pick up packages.
The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing Time:1-2days
Shipping Options time: Delivered in 3-5 days through Amazon channels

NOTES:
1) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-2 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
2) In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
3) If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.
4)For unnecessary troubles, please make sure your address and phone number are correct when filling in the harvest address, or contact us(support@enmy.com) in time before the order has tracking number to request a change of address, otherwise the parcel will not be delivered at your expense.
5)The exact delivery frame depends on many factors, such as customs, weather, whether in peak season and other uncontrollable factors.
6)Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. A return shipment fee will be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason.
